• Copy of a valid Tunisian Passport or  a valid C.I.N

• The Documents Signed

• The Specimen Signature Form notarized and attached to your documents.

• 8$ Money Order (Per Document)

• Certified mail Self-addressed stamped envelope.

Any missing requirements will lead to the rejection of your  document by the consulate*
